What should I do to book?
Is a deposit required?
Yes, the payment of 50% of the stay is needed within 7 days of booking by bank transfer.
What happens if I can't come?
Within 30 days from the date of arrival you can cancel the reservation without any penalty: we will return the deposit, minus the reimbursement costs. After this deadline, the deposit will be retained in full.
Do I have to pay the bill at the arrival?
Yes, the payment must be paid in cash upon arrival at the apartment.
Is parking included?
The price of the apartment includes an internal and an external parking space.
Is cleaning carried out during the stay?
No: cleaning is done at each guest change.
How can I get to the Forcola chalet?
The most convenient way to reach the chalet is by car. As an alternative, it is possible to use the Taxi Express service, which connects Livigno to the airports (beside carrying out a rental service with driver, excursions and tourist trips).
Is it possible to have guests if you rent an apartment?
It’s not allowed to accommodate more people than established at the time of booking.
Is a courtesy service provided?
The apartments are furnished with sheets, towels, tablecloth, mop for the floors, detergent for dishes and floors, toilet paper, sponges and hairdryer. If during the stay it is necessary to replace the finished products, the purchase is at guest's expense.
